Q. Who can use Gas App Uk?

Gas App Uk is designed exclusively for registered gas engineers.

Q. Why should I personally use the app?

Gas App Uk is a vital resource for the day-to-day work of gas engineering. It gives you access to all the tools necessary to make your work easier, better and more efficient. There is no other app on the market that comes close with its offering for gas engineers.

Q. Which devices can I use Gas App Uk on?

Gas App Uk is available on iOS and Android devices. The app can be used on all phones, iPads and tablets except Windows phones.

Q. How much does the app cost?

You can get a FREE 24 hour trial. This gives you full access for 24 hours. After that, most people upgrade to the full Gold or Silver package because the free membership gets locked down and you can ONLY access the manuals. So it’s well worth upgrading.

As of January 2019, Silver membership costs just £25 per year. This is charged automatically via your app store.

The Gold package is just £75 + Vat per year. This includes access to the web portal at £50 per year where you can manage all your forms, reminders and customers’ documents you have created in the app plus your basic Gas App subscription at £25 per year. A subscription to Gas App Uk is required at all times to access the web portal.

Q. What if I have an idea for new feature in the app?

We would love to hear from you! We always welcome improvements from Gas App Uk members, and we take your feedback seriously. Please submit your idea using the contact form below and we will look into how viable it is.

Q. How is my data backed up and looked after?

Our servers back up all data automatically and continuously so you don’t need to worry about your data being lost. We respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our members have engaged us. Q. I have a problem with my subscription and can’t log in

There is a quick fix for this. In the top right-hand corner of the app, click the silhouette of the person. In account settings, scroll down and select Restore Purchases. In most cases this will re-validate your purchase and fix the problem.

Q. I have another problem with the app

Q. What if I decide to cancel my membership?

We are sorry to lose you as a valuable member of the community. If you still want to cancel your membership, simply visit the app store and, under Subscriptions, turn off Automatic Renewal.

Q. Is there anything on the app for commercial engineers?

Yes, definitely! Though at present our offering is mainly for domestic engineers. However, following feedback, we plan to significantly improve our offering for commercial engineers in the near future.
